Before your ticket is issued

If your payment went through but your ticket has not been issued yet, contact us at [TBD support email]. [TBD: whether cancellation before issue is allowed, and any conditions.]

After your ticket is issued

Once issued, cancellations and refunds follow the supplier's cancellation policy for that product, shown in the "Cancellation policy" section of each product page. Many tickets are non-refundable after issue.

If we can't issue your ticket

If issue fails or is delayed beyond what we told you and we can't fix it, you receive a full refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. They usually appear within [TBD: 5–10] business days, depending on your bank.
