1. Who we are

King of Tix ("we", "us") is operated by:

2. What we sell, and our supplier

We resell attraction and show tickets. Tickets are purchased and issued through our supplier partner (KKday) and delivered to you as an electronic voucher (PDF) by email. The supplier and the venue are responsible for providing the experience itself (tour, entry, performance, etc.).

3. Using your voucher

  • Your voucher is subject to the supplier's and the venue's terms and rules (entry conditions, opening hours, ID checks, age and height limits, weather and closures, etc.).
  • Check the product page sections "Things to know", "Voucher information" and "Cancellation policy" before you visit.
  • If the venue changes or suspends operations, the supplier's rules apply. [대표 확정 필요: any additional help we offer]

4. Your information must be accurate

Traveler details (name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, etc.) are passed to the supplier exactly as you enter them. You are responsible for their accuracy. Wrong details may make the voucher unusable, and changes may not be possible after issue. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You are charged when you place the order.

  • Your card issuer may charge foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees.

6. Issue and delivery

After payment we buy the ticket from the supplier and email the voucher (PDF) to the address you entered at checkout. Expected delivery time: [대표 확정 필요: wording for typical delivery time]. If issue is delayed, we'll email you. If we can't issue your ticket, you get a full refund (see the Refund Policy). If you mistyped your email or can't find the message (check spam), you can download or re-send the voucher from the order lookup page.

7. Australian Consumer Law and liability
